Out of the Mouths of Babes

Just after her last feeding and right before bedtime, Meggie likes to sing. A most serious child, she becomes quite solemn and reverent during singing time. She likes to gaze into one's eyes and accompany the singer as best she can. Behold and listen to Meggie's rendition of "Away in a Manger:"

Here is another perspective...Observe how determined, focused, and intent she is on capturing her play gym bird. One can almost feel how frustrated she is (read in a straining voice) that...her...hands...won't...do...what...she...wants...them...to...do (also note the bib - we have a big-time drooler on our hands).
